Vintage Hill Estates

In the Town of South Windsor, DPI provided land surveying and civil engineering services for an upscale subdivision, allowing for beautiful homes with a floor area of no less than 5,000 square feet. Each parcel of land was tested, approved, and designed for a septic system to serve each house. Storm drainage from Vintage Lane discharged into a detention basin near an existing pond at the entrance to the subdivision. In addition, DPI provided landscape architecture design services, including the streetscape along Vintage Lane & Barber Hill Road.
