The Nature Conservancy contracted Design Professionals to perform property & easement surveys to help conserve the Fannie Stebbins Wildlife Refuge. This wildlife refuge is located between the Connecticut River and Interstate 91 in Longmeadow,  Massachusetts, just north of the Connecticut state line. DPI performed property surveys through marsh land & woods. After completion of the easement surveys, monumentation, including iron pins and sign posts, was set around the easements to mark the perimeter. This project included over 150 acres of land.
