Family Dollar

Contracted by our client, Northeast Retail Leasing & Management Co., LLC, Design Professionals provided complete boundary & topographic survey services as well as full site plan design for a Family Dollar store on Burnside Avenue in East Hartford, Connecticut.  This project included gaining Town of East Hartford approvals from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance, Planning & Zoning Commission for Soil & Sedimentation Control & Site Plan applications, and the Inland-Wetlands Environment Commission due to conducting activity in a regulated wetland area. DPI has also completed Family Dollar stores in other locations such as Springfield, Massachusetts and Norwich, Connecticut.
