Bolton High School

DPI was on the design team for the expansion and complete renovation of Bolton High School. The 34,000 SF building expansion hosts a new media center, classrooms, and cafetorium, bringing the facility to a total of nearly 100,000 SF. Along with the expansion, the entire bus/ vehicle circulation and parking were improved and redesigned along with a new stormwater treatment and detention system. This project achieved LEED Silver Certification.  DPI was responsible for the land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture components of the project.
